NEW CLASSES – Monday/Wednesday/Friday mornings – Kobudo practice and Gojyu-ryu Karate with Dan Antonsen Renshi – a new daytime class open to all ages and levels of ability. Suits those who cannot attend evening classes. Available to dojo members and drop in visitors.

新しいクラス – 月曜日／水曜日／金曜日 午前～開始 ダン・アントンセン錬士による古武道稽古、そして剛柔流空手　-年齢、レベルに関係なく参加できる新しい昼間のクラス。夜のクラスに参加できない人に最適。道場会員と見学者。

Beginners classes – for adult students we recommend Monday 19:00 class with James sensei or Tuesday 18:30 class with Andrea sensei. Junior beginners can join any Kids Karate class.
Kobudo (Mon/Weds/Fri from 11:00 and Weds from 19:00) – traditional weapons training such as bo, sai, nunchaku, tonfa and eku – open to all levels of experience.

**SPECIAL CLASS** – Shiroma-ha Moidi – traditional empty hand and weapons art from old Ryukyu (Okinawa) taught by Tatsuya Tamaki shihan (7th dan). This art comes down from the Motobu clan, an aristocratic family in the old Shuri dynasty, and is regarded as descended from the royal family self defence system. Motobu-ryu was taught by Motobu Choyu to Uehara Seikichi who in turn taught Shiroma Seihan who taught Yagi sensei. Read more here….

初心者：一般の生徒さん（大人）には、月曜日19:00のJames先生のクラスか、火曜日19:00のAndrea先生のクラスがお勧めです。ジュニア（子供）の初心者の方は、キッズ空手クラスにご参加ください。
古武道（水曜日19:00～） – 伝統的な武器の訓練（棒、釵、ヌンチャク、トンファー、エクなど） – 経験に関係なく参加可能です。
**新クラス** – 城間派モイディ – 古琉球の伝統的な徒手空拳と武器術を屋宜勲範士（九段）が指導します。この技は、旧首里王朝の貴族である本部氏に伝わるもので、王家の護身術の末裔とされています。

空手稽古又は古武道 – 月謝7500円です(松林流か剛柔流か琉球古武道か本部流を選んでください)。

Adults karate or kobudo – 7500 yen monthly per style (choose Shorinryu (James sensei) / Gojuryu (Andrea sensei) / Motoburyu (Tamaki sensei) classes)
Dan Antonsen sensei classes – kobudo 10,000 yen. Gojyu-ryu 10,000 yen. One time registration for members 5000 yen.
少年空手 / KIDS KARATE – 7500 yen monthly  月謝7500円です

VISITOR FEES
空手稽古は小林空手道, 又は剛柔流空手です。一日料金は2000円
1ヶ月ビジター料金（全クラス参加可能） – 20,000円
Adults karate/kobudo/Motobu-ryu – 2000 yen per class
One month visitor fee (access 3 instructors classes) – 20,000 yen. Add additional for 10,000 yen.
Yoga – 1500 yen per class.
