James Pankiewicz sensei will be visiting dojos in Australia and New Zealand to teach karate and kobudo.
Itinerary will include visits to Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Auckland and Wellington.
“In this series of seminars I’m particularly looking forward to exploring the kata (Wankan, Wanshu, Tomari Passai, Naihanchi) and skill sets found with the Tomari-te tradition of Ryukyu (Okinawan) karate which has been passed down through the modern style of Matsubayashi-ryu.
I find these skills and techniques to be excellent for study of self defense as well being beautiful kata to perform.”
