Including five areas explored:\n1. Stances and foot work. And the sinking and rising of the (lower) body.\n2. Knee lifts. In stepping and Nami gaeshi.\n3. The folding and opening of the chest and shoulders.\n4. The turning of the (upper) body.\n5.
